• Do you need Site Work? We do that! At L and J’s Designs we do all grading and drainage to blueprint specs for new commercial business. Whether its parking lots, buildings, land or roads, our equipment is ready to go to work. Need us to come out and look at the lay of the land and what we have to do to do the groundwork, we have you covered. If you have blueprints already, we can read them. Let us take the stress out of the work and give the customer the finished product they want.
• Do we do Grade Work for Builders and Residential customers? Yes! L and J’s Designs does that as well. We do rough grade and final grade for all Builders. Specializing in perfecting the slope for proper drainage. Need extra drainage installed? We will take care of that as needed as well. PH of the land is important! After we grade, we will make sure you have great soil for anything planted to grow.
• So, what about Hardscapes? Hardscapes? You bet! We build the ultimate backyard. We install all patio pavers, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, rock features, and water features. Need a gazebo, we got that covered. Rock walls to retaining walls, we will do it right. Let us help design and turn your outdoors space, where entertaining family and friends, will be great escape.
• How about Sod? We have learned, you can’t have a yard without grass. We want you to have grass, so yes, we do sod! We will kill off your old lawn, turn the soil over and mix in premium topsoil to bring your PH up to where we need it for sod to grow. Mix in some organic fertilizer, as it grabs the root system and pulls it six times deeper for new sod to take and be lush and green, but we got make sure its watered. We will install only the best sod I have found in my 20 years and give you the yard you are looking for. First water is on us!
• Landscape Design and Install? L&J’s Designs will help you create a stunning landscape. We will send you a CAD design of what your vision is before we start on it. We have a vast knowledge of all plants, shrubs and trees. Give us your idea and we will go above and beyond to create beauty. If you already have a thought, we will install it the way you see it. We also will install mulch and rock. We will kill and get rid of your weeds, install fabric paper and us pre-emergent. Whether it is commercial or residential, let us keep your property looking beautiful year round.
• Tree removal and stump grinding? L&J’s Designs offer these services as well at reasonable prices. We do our due diligence to ensure we complete the job safely and cleanly.
• Handyman Services? We do decks, fences, drywall, doors, flooring installations, repair services and painting! You can delegate these tasks to us so you’ll have the extra time to do more meaningful things!
